For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Use of the bk6605 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering. This age threshold applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• Residency & Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law. If you are unsure whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction, you must seek independent legal advice before proceeding.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any form of legal guardianship that would prevent you from entering such agreements.
• Account Uniqueness: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through proxies, is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any voluntary self-exclusion you have requested through bk6605 or any third-party responsible gaming body.
• Not a Politically Exposed Person: You confirm that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or an immediate family member of one, unless you have disclosed this status during the KYC process and received explicit written approval from bk6605 compliance.

To access the full range of services on the bk6605 Platform, you must register a Player Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number — is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You will promptly update your Account details if any registered information changes. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in Account suspension.
• You are registering the Account for your own personal use only. Registering on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your Account, is strictly prohibited.
• You accept sole responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials, including any wagers placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested.

bk6605 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account that was opened in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

bk6605 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is mandatory for all Players and must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

Documents that may be requested as part of the KYC process include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license.
• Proof of Age: Documentation confirming that you are 21 years of age or older, which may be satisfied by the same document used for proof of identity.

bk6605 will process KYC documents within three (3) business days of receipt. Players will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address. During the KYC review period, deposit functionality remains available but withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending completion.

All deposits on the bk6605 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting funds from a third party for deposit, is a breach of this Agreement and constitutes grounds for Account termination.
• No Deposit Fees: bk6605 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bk6605 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposit Limits: Players may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit may be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period of 72 hours.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Attempting to withdraw funds subject to an uncompleted wagering requirement will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and associated winnings.
• Withdrawal Limits: Standard accounts are subject to daily withdrawal limits as displayed on the Platform. Black Diamond VIP tier members are entitled to enhanced or unlimited withdrawal limits as specified in their VIP agreement.

bk6605 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players with verified Accounts in good standing, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. bk6605 reserves the right to exclude specific Players from individual promotions at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering", all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are specified in each promotion's individual terms. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games typically contribute 10%–20%; sports betting turnover requirements are stated as a separate multiplier on the combined stake-and-bonus amount.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated free spins must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry without compensation.

The following general gameplay rules apply across all product verticals on the bk6605 Platform. Product-specific rules (sports betting, togel, live casino, slots, sabung ayam (cockfighting live stream), and bandar bola (Asian football market) are published in the individual product help sections and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Finality of Results: Once a wager has been confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled unless bk6605 exercises its right to void the bet under these terms. Confirmed bets on sporting events are subject to the outcome of that event; bk6605 is not liable for bets placed on incorrect odds where the error was not materially obvious.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, server disruption, or game error, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's balance. bk6605 will not honor payouts that result from a demonstrable technical error or software fault.
• Internet Connectivity: Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection. Disconnection during a game round will not void the bet; where a game state can be recovered, it will be. Where recovery is not possible, the bet outcome will be determined by the game server log.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match sports betting markets, odds are confirmed at the time the bet is accepted. For in-play (mix parlay — accumulator) markets, the odds at the time of bet placement are binding. In cases of obvious odds errors, bk6605 reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Maximum Winnings: Individual product verticals are subject to maximum single-bet and maximum daily payout limits, as displayed within each product section. These limits apply to winnings from both real-money stakes and bonus-derived stakes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk6605 Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of, or in collusion with, another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with bk6605.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, analyze live odds in real time, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any such gain will be reversed and the Account terminated.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds without a genuine gaming intent, or structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of funds validly deposited on the Platform.
• Using the Platform while registered on a voluntary self-exclusion list, or assisting another self-excluded person in accessing the Platform.
• Attempting to access the Platform using VPN, proxy services, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic access restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses bk6605 staff, or that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or its customer support services.

All content on the bk6605 Platform — including but not limited to the bk6605 brand name and logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, software, and game content — is the proprietary property of bk6605 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if bk6605 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any specific service, including but not limited to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or Force Majeure events.
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their Account credentials.
• Any inaccuracy, incompleteness, or delay in the delivery of odds, scores, or other data feeds used on the sports betting component of the Platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, bk6605's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

bk6605 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• bk6605 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited activity.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require bk6605 to restrict or terminate the Account.
• The Player requests voluntary self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools or via the support team.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining (after satisfaction of any active wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to KYC completion.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating under international licensing.

Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so at their own discretion and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable Indonesian law. bk6605 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bk6605's internal complaints procedure (see Section 16) will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body, seated in a neutral jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
